Raising Awareness for Sickle Cell Disease, a lifelong condition marked by excruciating pain, exacerbated by systemic racism, misunderstandings, and a healthcare system that often fails to meet the needs of those suffering.

Formabridge was an unbranded initiative created by Forma Therapeutics for those living with sickle cell disease (SCD). Despite its devastating impact, SCD remains largely unknown outside of the affected communities.

Our task was to provoke real discussion, ignite new ideas, and offer vital support to the SCD community, raising awareness of the disease on a national level.
